Sign Up For The Patient Portal
The patient portal is secure and HIPAA-compliant. With your active account, you can update your information, request for prescription refills, view your lab results, request for appointments, communicate with our office, and access video visits.
1. Click "Patient Portal" button above.
2. New window to MyHillChart will open. Click on "Sign up".
3. If you do not have an activation code yet, click on "Sign up with your information"
4. Complete the form.
5. Check your email and follow the last few simple steps. If you don't see the email in your Inbox, check the Spam folder.
You can also access your patient portal on your mobile device by downloading the app. When prompted for Organiziation, search and select Hill Physicians.
